An RN since 1991, I will organize your file and create a medical chronology that allows you to find entries in the medical record quickly and with ease. As an attorney,  I  worked on numerous successful medical malpractice cases from start to finish.  In addition to doing work as a legal nurse consultant, I am available for deposition preparation and assistance, preparation of demonstrative evidence, medical research, and assistance at trial.

I am available to assist with personal injury cases as needed.  I am particularly skilled at scouring and  summarizing medical records, doing timelines of pertinent events, and doing medical and legal research.  I am available to procure medical experts and medical illustrations, and I create detailed indexes that make finding entries in the medical record fast and easy.  I have experience as second chair in successful medical malpractice trials and am available for that as well.   I am also available to assist in depositions which is quite helpful as it can be difficult for one attorney to conduct a deposition, locate medical records quickly, and formulate follow up questions that correlate with the medical records. 

I am a nurse and a lawyer.   I have hands-on experience with medical malpractice cases from start to finish- from taking the initial call and scrutinizing the medical record, to making detailed medical chronologies and indexes, doing medical and legal research, getting superb expert witnesses and medical illustrations, and assisting in depositions and trial.
